Create and prepare a project

  1. Create a project in Projects. Give it a clear name; the cover image is optional and can be changed later.

  2. On first opening, configure the project steps. The defaults are Briefing, Presentation, Preliminary design, Pre-executive design, Executive design and Detailing. Rename, reorder, add or remove steps to suit your project.

  3. Add dates to steps and set the project start and target completion. Step dates appear automatically in Upcoming dates. Use its + button for other deadlines; open All dates to see the remaining entries.

  4. Prepare the brief, presentations, specifications and review rounds before using Send link. Open the client link yourself to check what it shows.

Progress and Notes

Mark a step complete when its deliverables are ready. This is a manual project decision; client approval is tracked separately in reviews. In Notes, both architect and client can add messages with the + button. Messages appear in chronological order.

Briefings, presentations and moodboards

Open the project briefing from its section. Proposals are marked as coming soon. In Presentations, create or open a deck, organise slides and use the formatting panel to edit selected objects. Active project moodboards also appear here for the architect; open a thumbnail to view the full image.

Present starts full-screen playback where the browser supports it; Escape returns to editing. Share creates a separate presentation link and reveals Copy link, Present and Unshare. PDF export is also available. A presentation link is different from the project’s client link.

Specifications, costs and client review

Open a specification or cost table to edit it on its own page. More cards fit per row when space allows. Client access to tables is read-only. Create review rounds for the views you want the client to assess; open a review to read feedback and decisions. Notes and formal review decisions are separate.

Client link and private work

Send link provides the project’s client view: progress, dates, Notes and the available briefing, presentations, tables and reviews. Briefings, presentations and tables are view-only; clients can add Notes and respond in reviews. The section labelled as visible only to the architect contains working images, panoramas and tour tools. Workspace collaboration is a separate permission system. Do not assume a moodboard or private image is included in a client link merely because it appears in your workspace.

Branded render downloads

Upload your studio logo on the cover and adjust its contrast if needed. Choose which images clients may download and save the selection. Downloads are a ZIP of PNG images with the logo at the bottom right. Saving publishes the selected current versions; later image edits stay private until you save the download selection again. Architect and client can download the prepared set.

Panorama feedback and troubleshooting

In panorama tours with feedback pins, click a numbered pin to read the comment over the panorama. Close the card with × or Escape. Use the feedback panel to manage the wider conversation.

If an image or moodboard is missing, check that it belongs to this project and has finished generating. If a client cannot download renders, check the logo and saved selection. Use All dates and scroll within Upcoming dates to find later entries. Review the actual client link after changing shared content.
