Pricing questions
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?+
No — credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. This keeps infrastructure costs predictable and plan prices low.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — eligible new Pro signups include a 7-day free trial. One free trial is available per person or organisation; payment cards previously used for a Maquete trial may not be eligible. Add a card to start and cancel before day 8 to avoid the charge.
What counts as one credit?+
A standard 2K still costs 1 credit. A 4K still costs 2 credits. Video credits depend on model, duration and resolution. Standard at 720p: 5 seconds = 6 credits; 10 seconds = 12 credits. Check the displayed quote before generating. Normal video is available on Starter with sufficient credits; Max and Motion Studio require Studio or Business. Fast · 720p: 5 seconds = 5 credits; 10 seconds = 10 credits. Max · 720p: 5 seconds = 9 credits; 10 seconds = 18 credits. Standard · 1080p: 5 seconds = 14 credits; 10 seconds = 28 credits. Max · 1080p: 5 seconds = 22 credits; 10 seconds = 44 credits.
